Ruchita has 8 years of experience in mental health counseling. She has worked in sober living environments, 30-day substance use treatment programs, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and outpatient clinics. Ruchita has provided counseling services to ages 8+, with evidence-based approaches such as CBT, REBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, addiction, and stress management.

Cindy Anderton, PH.D., LPC, NCC

Cindy has over 25 years of experience clinical mental health counseling. She has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, and crisis services in the community. Cindy has experience working with adolescents, adults and families and utilizes evidence-based approaches, such as: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Cindy is LGBTQ* friendly, and open and affirming to anyone that she works with. Her areas of interest include psychoeducation regarding mental health concerns, individual skill development, stress management, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, improving self-esteem and sense of worth, career and occupational, addiction, sexuality – identity and exploration, gender – identity and exploration, acceptance and affirmation for a LGBTQ* identity, identity crisis/conflict, and existential issues, such as exploring the meaning of life, what is my purpose, and what is a meaningful life worth living.
Brock Schultz, MS, LPC-IT

Brock has been providing mental health services in the Madison area since 2015. He meets clients where they are to address concerns from a place of collaboration and transparency. He helps them explore their current lives, past experiences, and intersecting identities within the context of the many systems that society places us in. This allows the cultivation of fresh insights and expanded awareness. He aids them in mobilizing current strengths, developing new skills, and applying fresh strategies to create meaningful change. He frequently draws on interventions based in CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, family systems, Motivational Interviewing, and interpersonal process. His specialties include depression, anxiety, life transitions, sleep, trauma, and sexuality.
Ramona Charles, MS
She is a passionate and empathetic psychoeducation provider with strong counseling abilities and an understanding of the impact that negative experiences can have on one’s well-being. She has experience leading clients through challenges with depression, anxiety, work/life balance, stress management, and managing other negative emotional responses. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy, she supports and assists those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. Ramona prides herself in providing a safe and supportive space, to work side by side to overcome challenges, traumas, and barriers. Specialize in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help clients identify personal and interpersonal skill to help negative cycles (with some DBT and Emotionally Focused techniques as well), she is fully committed to listening and offering best professional practices to help client go from challenge to change.
Katelyn Hirt, BS, SAC-IT

Katelyn has been working in Behavioral Health for 7 years, with experience in emergency departments, residential crisis units, community settings, and outpatient settings. Her work has been mainly with adults, and she has extensive experience with people in crisis and in culturally specialized programs catered to BIPOC. Her primary treated modalities are Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Seeking Safety, Mindfulness, and Integrative Therapy techniques. She specializes in Substance Use Disorder treatment, with an emphasis on distress tolerance and emotion regulation. She is LGBTQIA2S+ friendly!
Katrina Welborn MS, LPC-IT

Katrina has been working in behavioral health for about 2 years in outpatient and inpatient settings. She orients to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a heavy integration of Interpersonal Process (IPP) interventions. She also employs an overall Psychosociocultural Model (Gloria & Rodriquez, 2000), centering individuals in a wholistic approach. Katrina believes individuals have the ability to change their thinking, behavior, and feelings, while being mindful and transparent with clients that systems and external factors may be contributing to the client's distress, thus not insinuating the client is to blame for their distress based on systemic oppression (e.g., mental distress due to racism). Katrina specializes in anxiety, depression, chronic illness-related mental health, and trauma disorders. Her research focuses on chronic pain and mental health. In her free time, Katrina enjoys singing, art, and snuggling her two cats!
Tige Pollard
Tige Pollard is a compassionate and dedicated provider with over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health in the Janesville, Beloit, and Madison area working with children and adults. He is committed to helping individuals learn skills to help them cope with their daily stressors, offering a safe and supportive space for healing and growth. With a warm and empathetic approach, Tige specializes in treating anxiety, depression, behavioral, academic, and relationship issues. His therapeutic style is integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Center Therapy, and Solution-Focus Therapy. Tige believes that every person controls the narrative to their story and he tailors his therapeutic interventions to meet the specific needs and goals of each client. His goal is to empower individuals to gain insight, develop coping skills, and build resilience, ultimately fostering positive change in their lives.
